Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was clean and a bit outdated. The rooms met our needs for the weekend, but they felt like a hospital room and the carpet was dirty. Unfortunately, the kitchen and dining were closed at Hilton Garden Inn where we originally had a reservation.
My stay at the hotel was just what I needed for the weekend. The rooms were well-maintained and met my expectations, although a bit noisy at times. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful, making my stay much more comfortable.
The hotel's location was convenient to various restaurants and the Oakbrook mall. The room, though dusty triggering my allergies, featured a comfortable king-size bed, a sofa sleeper, a desk, a microwave, and a small refrigerator. On the downside, the service was subpar with issues like staff complaining about parking fees and room allocation problems. The dining experience, though decent, felt overpriced for the quality offered. However, the facilities were adequate and satisfactory.
The hotel is conveniently located for attending shows at Drury Lane Theater and exploring Oakbrook Center. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly overall, except for one staff member. However, the lack of room cleaning was a downside. The dining options were reasonably priced, but some aspects could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very outdated and had a smell of old smoke, but they met our needs for the weekend. Unfortunately, our confirmed reservation was given to another party, and the staff refused to honor it, which was disappointing. The service was friendly and helpful overall, though one staff member named Ophellia was rude. The location was convenient for the venue we attended and had nice nearby attractions. The dining experience was decent, but we paid a premium for the same breakfast offered elsewhere. Despite some issues, the hotel did compensate us for the problems we faced.
My stay at the Hilton was everything I expected from the brand. The rooms were comfortable, but you could tell the furniture was a bit older. The service was wonderful, and the staff really took care of all our needs. The location was very convenient to our plans, although not walkable to much. The dining was outstanding, and the facilities were top-notch overall.
